| Dr. Da Zhang is a research staff scientist at Freescale Semiconductor Inc. With more than 10 years experience in the semiconductor industry,he has led various device/integration project teams in the research, development, and productization of process technologies at multiple deep sub-micron technology nodes. Dr. Zhang also holds a Freescale Master Innovator title for his significant contributions to the Freescale IP portfolio. Dr. Zhang received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in engineering from Zhejiang University, China, and his Ph.D. degree in engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. |
