How can I submit my event directory information?
Use your Exhibitor Password to log-in online to the Exhibitor Directory Administrative Site and Submit your company profile. Make sure your information is included in the printed FPD China 2012 Event Directory by submitting your company information before Jan.31, 2012. The earlier you submit your company information the more exposure you'll have on the FPD China Website.

Call for Speech
For 2012 China FPD Conference, the organizer will confirm the speakers and presentations in the way of inviting and self-recommendation. If your company or you are interested in delivering a speech on the conference, and the content is belong to the range of conference topics, please fill in Speech Recommendation Form and return it to submit related information before December 30, 2011. After the Committee's review and selection, we will officially inform you the result no later than middle of January. Please visit http://fpdchina.org/journal_2293_766.htm for more detail.

Hotel Reservation
It will be better for you to reserve hotel as soon as possible because of the hotel peak-season during FPD China 2012. SEMI, working with our service partner Mega Expo Solutions Co., Ltd. Shanghai (Former Shanghai Vision Expo & Meeting Solutions Co., Ltd.) has negotiated with several hotels to provide you favorable price. Please download Hotel Reservation Form to book your room before Feb. 17, 2012.Online Reservation will be available soon. Please pay attention.

Visitor Pre-registration Invitation
Complimentary Visitor Registration Invitation introduces the highlights of FPD China 2012. You are encouraged to send it to your customers and peers as part of your company’s pre-show promotion. They are invited to visit your company’s booth at FPD China 2012 and enjoy the multiple benefits as pre-register. If you haven’t informed us the quantity you need, please contact SEMI as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will send you 50 copies.

2012 New Exhibition Regulation on Booth Approval
The venue Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) has appointed HAH Consulting & Exhibition Co., Ltd. Shanghai to engage in the inspection of exhibition drawings. HAH will have the authority to be in charge of all exhibition drawings inspections, including design for two-story, multi-story, outdoor stands, indoor special design stands with height of or above 4.5m or roof structure covering the booth area of or above 50% HAH will be responsible for producing inspection reports and assessing designs for structural adjustments, as well as proposing enhancements where needed, etc. together in the aim to offer professional and high grade service for exhibitors. To process the booth inspection, please submit the Form 10 in service manual.

FPD China 2012 Booth Confirmation & Floor Plan
The booth space confirmation letter has already been emailed to all exhibitors for verification. Please review the letter and pay special attention to the booth space information. Links to the Flash Floor Plan/HTML Floor Plan have been included in the email and are also posted on the FPD China 2012 website for your reference. Should you find any discrepancies in your contact or booth space information, or you do not receive your confirmation, please contact Ms. Elaine Zhou at [email protected] / Tel: +86.21.5027.0909 ext.252. We also encourage you to bookmark the floor Plan so you can view it conveniently throughout the show cycle.

Reminder-100% of Booth Fees were Due Nov.30, 2011!
The full payment for your booth fee was due on Nov.30, 2011, unless otherwise specifically agreed. If the 100% payment have not been made, please do so immediately in order to secure you booth and list your company information into both online and printing event directory.
