FPD China 2015 Upates
The maximum height for all raw space stands structure is 4.4 meters.

All raw space exhibitor's contractor must submit the contractor's license. The electrician must has the electrician certificate and the copied documents should be the same as the electrician operating on the show site.

All raw space exhibitors must assign a full-time employee to be the safety construction manager to coordinate safety construction and monitor the entire working process. Please finish and return the Form 3 (Safety Construction Manager Registration Form).

Exhibitors who rent raw space can appoint their own contractors to set up the booth. Please ensure you and your contractor read and observe all the rules & regulations in the 《Safety Construction Guideline》. For details please refer to EAC Inspection & Move-in Processor Section 5 in Exhibitor Service Manual.

2015 China FPD Conference & ASID
This conference is co-organized by SEMI and SID (Society of Information Display), on March 18-19 at SNIEC concurrently with FPD China exhibition. It is a world-class technology communication event collaborated by the above two international FPD industrial association. Now there is a few available speech time slot for exhibitors to subscribe. Exhibitor Password

Use your password to:
-Log-in the Online Exhibitor Administrative Site to submit your company profile and products information. The earlier you submit your information, the more exposure opportunities you will have to the potential clients.
-Log-in the Online Exhibitor Service Center to register your company's Exhibiting Personnel.

Onsite Space Assignment for FPD China 2016
FPD China 2016 Onsite Space Assignment appointment notice and Application Form will be sent to you recently.
Please arrive at the FPD China 2016 Onsite Space Selection in Hall W1 Booth Number 1800, at least fifteen minutes before your appointment time.
Important Reminder: A 20% deposit must be submitted along with the application form to reserve your exhibit space(Pay by cash or by credit card).

The move-in/move out schedule are subject to change which will be sent through move-in notice on early March.


Exhibitor Badge Pick-up
Please pick up the exhibitor badges of your company, your sub-branch and your co-exhibitors at the Exhibitor Registration Counter in the North Lobby(No.2 entrance lobby)of SNIEC with your business card from 10:00 March 15 to 16, 2015. Should you need to add or revise your badges, you can process it onsite.

Back Wall Construction Guideline
All booths, except island configurations, must provide a full back wall, minimum of 2.4 meters (8”) in height. All exposed walls must be finished on all sides at the expense of the exhibitor who owns the walls. All exposed wall areas or exposed structures must be covered by white PVC cloth without any break, contamination, graphics or texts. If the back wall did not meet the above requirements, penalty will be deducted from the construction deposit.

SEMI encourage every exhibitor apply the GUEST Badge for your important customers, so you can enter in directly after arrive the venue in order to save your time. For that you can visit Guest Invitation online to apply for the badges.
