| Dear Hall T1&T2 Exhibitor, |
| Thanks for choosing Hall T1&T2 (outside exhibition hall) in SEMICON CHINA 2019. It's no difference of the basic exhibition condition between Hall T1&T2 and Hall N & Hall E7. And also the exhibitors in Hall T1&T2 enjoy the same rights and interests with Hall N & Hall E7. Considering about it’s the first time that you choose Hall T1&T2 (outside exhibition hall), SEMI will provide more support to all exhibitors in Hall T1&T2 that you can move-in and move-out smoothly. Please pay attention to the following items that you will run into during move-in and move-out: |
| Booth Approval: |
| All raw space exhibitors must return the EAC Form (Form 2) and booth design drawings for Mega Expo Co., Ltd. Shanghai approval before move-in time. The booth set up height restriction is 4m. |
| Booth Weight： |
| The floor is paved with wood and the static load-bearing is 800KG per square meter, and has been able to satisfy the display for general equipment，but additional assessment and deliberations must be made in the case of large-scale machineries and equipment entries. Please provide the size and weight of the equipment to [email protected] that you will bring on-site to SEMI before Jan 18th, 2019. |
| Facilities apply： |
| For the facilities onsite about Electrical, Water and Compressed air, please apply to Mega Expo Co., Ltd. Shanghai before Feb 15th, 2019. And also please provide Location Plan to mark the location about the facilities and equipment. Once confirmed, the show site will not accept moving the location and additional order on-site. |
| For other information, please reference to Exhibitor Manual, Please kindly follow above working schedule & procedures, SEMI and our official contractors are committed to work with you and your appointed stand contractor to provide a smooth and efficient move-in and move-out. |
