Mark Ding President, SITRI Group |
| Dr.Mark Ding is CEO of SITRI, a leading R&D center in “More than Moore” sectors of IC industry. Ding joined SITRI from October of 2017 as EVP and has made significant impact since then. Prior to that, Mr. Ding was president of IMEC China where he successfully expended IMEC business in China. Ding was VP of sales and marketing of TEL China, contributing to its $500M capital equipment business. Prior to his 3.5 years career with TEL, Ding was founder and CEO of two startups -Xinhua eStore, the leading e-library in China and EDO Technologies, an ereader company. Prior to founding EDO, Ding was vice president of SEMI and president of SEMI China. He oversaw all SEMI operations in China and established a foundation for the growth of SEMI in China, in terms of reputation as well as its business. Prior to joining SEMI, Mr. Ding served as the director of China Business Development for Credence Systems Corporation. Before that he held various sales and management positions at Silvaco International, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary Flashcomm. Prior to that, he was a sales engineer at Deutsch Research Inc., Mountain View, California. Ding graduated from Peking University with a bachelor degree in Physical Chemistry. He also holds a master of science in Chemistry from the University of California, Irvine, an MBA from University of Nevada, Las Vegas and PhD from Tsinghua University. |
