工作职责
 

 
  -Direct sales responsibility for assigned area(s) / customer(s), incl. customer acquisition, order processing and after sales support In Shanghai/ Suzhou area.
-Develop sales area strategy, annual plan and short term sales tactics to:
        -Achieve sales budget
        -Protect current customer base
        -Acquire new accounts and/or end-users
        -Introduce new equipment
-Establish and cultivate excellent key customer relationship through personal visits.
-Active update and management of PSR on sales inquiry and market situation.
-Monitor, follow-up and escalate AR.
-Manage sales administration, and prepare operational reports
        -Maintain regularly updated sales forecast.
        -Reporting: weekly sales reports; market share; lost orders;         competitors’ pricing, customer organization; etc.
        -Weekly sales meeting.
-Verify equipment specifications together with the SBU and product Manager
-Review and initiate continuous business process improvements and monitor progress against meaningful benchmarks/ best practices.
-Provide marketing intelligence and feedback to HQ.
-Provide technical support on Product and Process by working with Product and process people from HQ

  -Technical or business degree. Diploma holders with excellent track record will also be considered.
-Minimum of 3-5 years experience in direct selling of high tech capital equipment, preferably with min 2 years sales management experience including open to lady.
-Successful track record of sales development in capital equipment market or sales experiences.
-Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the semiconductor industry –Back end (FOL).
-Experience in dealing with IDM and subcon is highly sought after.
-Computer skills- Proficient user of Microsoft Office & other general DOS & Windows Applications.
-Applicants must have a positive attitude and drive, be comfortable with taking ownership and be highly customer oriented
-Ability to use SAP system

  -Implement, interpret, administer, communicate and periodically review the company’s training policies & procedures.
-Understand the training needs of the organization, assist to formulate annual training plan & budget, administrate the training expenses so as to be consistent with financial objectives of the organization.
-Work with managers on learning needs and career path of their staff through vehicles such as training needs analysis.
-Design, develop and deliver training programs, compile training materials, manuals, test paper in line with ISO requirement and company initiatives incl. qualification training and re-qualification training.
-Develop and implement internal trainer motivation program.
-Source and evaluate third party training programs.
-Evaluate existing training methods and techniques, review its application and establish training goals as required, track training effectiveness for improvement.

  -Directs and oversees all direct and indirect materials sourcing and procurement related activity are compliant with company polices and procedures.
-Manage the supplier to ensure cost, quality,delivery,service expectation are met.

-Assist the engineering and QA department in outsourcing parts, components and services for strategic reasons.
-Closely work with Logistics department to ensure minimum costs on inbound freight and packaging for finished goods.
-To ensure no production stoppage, To identify and monitor the most economic stock level and safety stock level for all consumable material.
-Work on second source development and localization program.
-Work closely with Global and Regional purchasing team.

-Stays abreast of statutory requirements governing compensation and benefits administration, and market practices on C&B activities to recommend appropriate course of action.
-Responsible for salary surveys and benchmarking.
-Develops and oversees the payroll center operation for employees both local and international.
-Responsible for expatiate payroll tax calculation and coordination of their tax filling and other related issues.
-Co-ordinate administration and other services for international assignees, ensuring consistency across all assignees and that Corporate policy is followed.
-Works with Corporate HR in deploying global C&B programs and processes.
-Leads annual salary review process.
-Provides support to M&A /integration/project activities
-Responsible for C&B communication and education
-Develops and administrates HRIS
-Acts as internal counsel and work closely with local BU HR teams to ensure C&B policies and processes meets business needs.
-Execute and improve Performance Management system
