• Provides technical marketing support for the development and implementation of customer applications dealing with complex products.

The Job description:

• Support the long-term Oracle ERP implementation (11.5.10).
• Perform business systems implementation & support, particularly using the Oracle ERP application.
• Liaison with the business functions to provide functional requirements, perform testing and configure Oracle Applications system (version 11.5.x).
• Perform gap analysis, business process mapping, & provide subject matter expertise.
• Conduct unit, systems integration, performance, user acceptance and regression test.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree (preferably related to information systems, operations or finance), Masters Preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of Oracle Apps ERP ,Proven experience with implementing Oracle ERP projects, cross-functional finance & operations background.
• Strong Expertise in MS Office including MS Project & MS Visio.
• Lean Mfg, Six Sigma, APICS or PMP certifications a plus,-Consulting experience preferred.

The Job Description:

• Provide technical assistance in solving unique customer applications and advising the R&D and production teams for new products and customer/internal issues.
• Be in charge of in-house testing during blade development and will assist with 8D reporting on customer complaints.
• Oversee 3-4 employees in the application lab and be responsible for maintenance, repair, work scheduling and consumables.
• Provides solutions for various customer-specific applications.
• Interfaces with design and manufacturing engineering and production personnel to develop solutions and ensure implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree and 5+ years experience with semiconductor assembly.
• Must have knowledge of silicon wafer dicing, dicing saw operation and maintenance.
• Experience should cover a range of wafer types and 2 or more saw brands.
• Additional knowledge of non-silicon wafer dicing is beneficial.
• Must have some experience in managing employees.

Job Responsibility:

• Define and integrate key business systems (strategic and tactical) between K&S and our suppliers/partners. Includes but not limited to the following business systems: Material Planning and Control; Design Tools and Capabilities; Electronic Data Interchange; Quality Systems; Capacity Planning Techniques; Lead-time/Response Time Targets.
• Design and facilitate joint management partnership reviews structured to discuss and review: Financial Performance and Health, Business Plans/Road Maps; Continuous Improvement Initiatives; Operation Review; Product Road Maps; Business Level Reviews.
• Schedule and facilitate quarterly review sessions (as required). Resolve open issues, management reporting etc.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a market driven engineering company and had working experience in Semiconductor industry, preferably in wire bonding.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Effectively interact with customer and /or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company.
• Bachelors Degree and 5 to 7 years in wire bonding experience.

Job Responsibility:

• Monitor product and chemical process performance to ensure that the Blade chemical processes are stable and meet the quality, yield, and performance requirements of the Blade operation. Provide process sustaining engineering support, problem solving (yield and/or customer complaint related), and technical expertise to production.
• Work with R& D and Manufacturing in developing and implementing process specifications and controls for Blade manufacturing (Chemical processes)
• Work with R& D, Manufacturing, and other groups as required, in identifying opportunities for process improvements or consistencies.
• Evaluate best known methods, new equipment, devices and fixtures related to yield, cost reduction, and process controls.
• Develop documentation, plans and methods to transfer technologies and processes to improve Blade manufacturing processes.
• Create all needed technical policies, guidelines and procedures together with R&D, Manufacturing, and other groups as required, as new products, processes, devices, and fixtures are released to production.
• Implement and improve process settings and controls by SPC, data analysis and validation.

Job requirements：

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering / Master degree is prefered.
• 3 years Experience in plating or other plating processes，Ni-Plating experience preferred .Semiconductor assembly knowledge is a plus.
• Statistical analysis skill is required for daily sustaining and process optimization.
• Quality sense with ISO9000 knowledge is base, won't compromise safety/quality by following SPEC and common standard.
• Be able to handle new product qualification flawlessly by setting up comrehensive qualification process and standard.

Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for overseeing, developing and training the Quality Assurance group within Kulicke & Soffa to the necessary standard that will ensure the goals, as defined in the Business Plan, are achieved or exceeded. Organizing the 12 monthly review of the Quality Management System.
• Act as the company's representative on all quality related issues.
• Interface with Customer, Customer Operations and Manufacturing facilities on Quality related issues.
• Responsible for liaisons with customers on technical issues relating to quality.
• Liaisons with all Kulicke and Soffa Corporate facilities to resolve Quality related issues and provide support as necessary.
• Ensuring the requirements of the Quality Policy are understood within area of responsibility.
• Known as the Management Representative and assume said roles, responsibilities and authority.
• Responsible for developing, managing and implementing a Quality Management system meeting the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001-2000, including monitoring its effectiveness
• Responsible for maintaining a Quality Management System meeting the requirements of BS EN ISO9004-1994, including monitoring its effectiveness,
• Reports to top Management on the performance of the Quality Management System and any need for improvement.
• Assist where required with other Kulicke and Soffa facility ISC implementation and/or transition.
• Promotes the awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
• Carry out Vendor/Supplier Assessments, when required.
