1. 负责Analog 产品的测试技术．依照IC Spec.制定ＡＴＥ量产测试计划，在测试机台上完成测试程序的设计和调试．
2. 跟踪量产的测试过程，分析测试数据，不断改善并规定测试效率和良率．
3. 电子信息类本科以上学历．至少２年以上半导体测试行业经验．至少熟悉一种ATE，有Eagle, Credence测试机台经验尤佳．有Ｃ程序的设计能力，熟悉高波器信号发生器的测试设备的使用．

1. Lead TE team to develop test program and hardware to support new product development.
2. To develop software tools to reduce test program development cycle time. Support new product transferring from R&D to production
3. New test technology development and tester evaluation for high productivity and cost reduction
4. BSEE/MSEE in electronics/electrical engineering. Knowledgeable in IC tester (Credence, Eagle and other ATE systems)
5. Min. 3 years of working experience in IC test program development. Experience in Analog, Digital and Mixed Signals in Preference.
6. Able to understand, debug, modify and improve test program. Strong leadership, good communication and coaching skills

1. Design new package and setup eng line for samples and qualification.
2. Provides cost estimates and cost analysis. Define process specification and conduct training for mass production
3. Develop new process and new material to achieve better product performance and low down cost
4. Support Marketing to on new product development. Support MFG for process and yield improvement
5. At least 3-5 year's experience in semiconductors manufacturing
6. Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic engineering, Material science, Physics, or related
7. Excellent written and verbal communication in English required .Good communication skill and management skill

1. At least 4 year's working experience in semiconductor industry. Experience in JV would be highly preferred;
2. Familiar with C++, strong capability in test program for Analog devices;
3. Good knowledge of semiconductor devices, e.g, parameters, characterization and application;
4. Familiar with IC tester like、Credence、Eagle、etc

1. 建立芯片背金生产线；制定新生产线的生产工艺流程，对技术员进行相关培训；工艺的改进及良率的提升
2. 化学材料，物理或相关专业，本科以上学历. 至少两年以上WAFER制造工作经验，了解芯片背金技术
3. 英语口语流利，熟练操作计算机. 较好的沟通协调和团队合作技巧

1. 根据公司业务需求编写报表(Promis)；维护Promis系统以保证系统高可用性；
2. 维护数据库并做二次开发工作（EDI Report）；
3. 电子、机械专科以上学历；2年以上软件开发工作经验。
4. 半导体行业经验优先，至少精通一至二门类VB开发工具（VB,VBA,etc...）有PROMIS相关系统经验
