Service Department Manager |

| 工作职责 |

| |
- Responsibility for managing Service Department including field service engineers, process engineers and logistics personnel.
- Report directly to General Manager.
- Supervise service team’s hardware installation and process acceptance of new CVD equipment installation at customer site.
- Manage and execute company designated research and development projects.
- Support customers in training, operation, handling and maintenance.
- Manage customer satisfaction of company’s service and support on daily basis and seek for the resource and solution if customer service issues occurred.
- Recruit, train and mentor new hired service engineers.
- Conduct regular service meeting.
- Support company sales and marketing activity including seminar, exhibition, customer visit, et al.

| 职位要求 |

| |
- Doctoral level degree with major in engineering fields (semiconductor, microelectronics, electrical engineering, physics, chemistry, material science, chemical engineering, etc) or business management. Master or bachelor level degree would be also acceptable if exceptional managerial capability and hands-on technical experience can be demonstrated.
- Practical experience with gas phase (MOCVD/MBE/ HVPE/CVD) epitaxial equipment, thin film deposition systems, CVD equipment, vacuum systems, gas flow control, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in semiconductor equipment service industries.
- Fluent spoken and written capability in both English and Chinese language.
- Capable to travel extensively both domestically and internationally.
- Able to work during flexible hours including weekend and holidays
- Extremely enthusiastic, communicative and responsible with a positive people attitude.
- Adaptable and capable of problem solving and pressure handling.
- Meet service department budget plan and forecast service revenue target.
