- Ph.D/Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Good understanding of MCU, DSP, or ASIC system.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- People, or project management experience is an advantage
- Good command in English. Able to communicate with Mandarin is desirable
- Very conversant with IC development methodology and relevant EDA tools used in the industry and able to resolve issues/suggest actions/initiate alternate-plans.
- Ensure regular reporting, documentation and should have excellentn communication and leadership skills.

| 工作职责 |

| |
- Test program development for complex digital SoCs and MCMs.
- Definition of test concept, work out test specification, generate test pattern (interface with IC System Design engineers).
- Create test program and test hardware incl. evaluation, debugging, optimization and production transfer.
- Define and realize test cost ratios and transfer of test package to other test platforms.
- Maintain test package during ramp-up and volume production.
- Cooperate with circuit designers, product engineering, and technology engineers regarding test evaluation, analysis and debugging of first silicon and redesigns.
- Product failure analysis and debugging on test system.

- Tools skills:
–General tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Acrobat, etc)
–Experience with Teradyne or other Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
–Knowledge of DFT / DfM / DfA
–VHDL/Verilog knowledge is an advantage

| 工作职责 |
| |
| |
Perform Pre & Post silicon system level verification and testing per product specification.
Partner with Design Engineer to define system level verification and test concepts/requirements on various modules.
Partner with counterpart from other worksite to design system verification boards and simulation software, debug tools, compiler software and test case development.
Debug and understand system board level bugs, update user documentation and feedback to design engineer for design fixes.
Provide product qualification analysis and product ramp-up/production support that impacting the customer.
Supporting Apllication Engineer and Concept Engineer on system kit defination, technical documentation like User Manual and product Datasheet. |

- Master Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin is a must.
- Good product system level testing in Micro-controllers, DSP, or ASIC ICs
- Experience with VHDL, C/C++ programming, ASM programming, system board hardware design and test concepts
- Self starter, highly motivated and able to deliver per commitment with minimum coaching
