| 工作职责 |
| |
|
|
| |
- Responsibility for the installation, initial process start-up of AIXTRON equipment and technology transfer to customers in China and worldwide.
- Process and Hardware technology development for key account customers; Management, execution and control of research and development projects.
- Operation and testing of prototype equipment under development for production and research. Support and advice customers in training, operation, handling and maintenance.
- Training of new engineers.

| 职位要求 |
| |
| |
- BS in an engineering or physics discipline
- 3 + years of hands-on experience on Epitaxy equipment, vacuum systems or equivalent
- Good knowledge and qualified experience in gas phase Epitaxy (MOCVD/MBE/ HVPE) or IC Fab manufacturing process.
- Good team player, capable of handling projects independently.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Capable of learning technology and developing skills in a short time under pressure.
- Available for 24 hours on-call service and support.
- Ability to travel to customer sites on short notice.
- Ability for extensive traveling both domestically and internationally to support projects.
