We have also developed own brand names such as DUNA 700 Coater & Developer, Puffin 100 Photoresist Pump, Slim 50 batch type evaporator and we are the qualified SECS-GEM Server provider for SVG track and TAZMO SOG tracks, etc. We do turn-key installation service for complete front-end semiconductor equipments.

- Bachelor degree in radio,electrics,electronics,communications;
- Experience of repairing electrical instruments,PCBs,RF(Radio Frequency) generator;
- Complete know DIN6700 and EN15085 standard and worked before;
- Basic knowledge is Europe quality requirement standard, material standard,welding standard.Such as ISO3834,EN287,ISO15607~15614 etc;
- Made WPAR,WPS,Welder certificate, Test piece by himself before;
- Experience of steel structure manufacture; |

-Repairing different types of RF generators, RF power supplies used on semiconductor equipment;
-Repairing commercial PCBs ;
-Purchasing spare devices/components for repairing job;
-Setup and maintain RF repairing procedure documentations/repairing job instructions;
-Customer support for repaired RF generators;
-Field service for RF generator;
-Generate relative report; |
