- Ensure customer satisfaction with results and closure on sign-off

- Support Applied Materials’ factory automation solution for solar fabs. Interact with product team and end users to monitor and troubleshot software operation issues at the customer sites.
- Enhance the solution to include new requirements identified by the customers in the fields.
- Install and test Applied Materials’ factory automation solution for solar at the customer sites.
- Work with the end users closed to understand customer’s manufacturing process issues related to using Applied Materials’ factory automation software.
- Duplicate problem issues and troubleshoot issues.
- Communicate with the second line support team and the development team on issues.
- Install and qualify the solution changes delivered by the development team.
- Analyze, design and implement customer required enhancements according to specification.

- Good technology knowledge such as: C++, Oracle, Microsoft COM+ programming, Visual Basic, VS.Net, C#.
- Good communication in English.
- Knowledge and skills typically acquired by a completed BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent knowledge), and 1-3 years directly related experience.
- Preferred previous work experience includes: customer support in software related fields, software development or deployment work.
