Mechanical Engineer

• More than 5 years semiconductor equipment design experience, particularly CVD process equipment.
• At least 3 years directly related experience on process gas box design and liquid delivery system.
• Hands on experience on temperature control, liquid injection valve calibration/trouble shooting.
• Good at using CAD tools to create 3D parts/assembly and 2D detail drawings.
• S degree or higher in science discipline.
• Good communication skill in English.-Team player and able to relocate to China.

In charge of gas and liquid delivery system design for CVD process chamber which include gas line heaters, temperature control, flow simulation, liquid injection valve, OEM parts/module selection, etc.

• Solid background in Physics and chemistry of chemical reactions.
• Strong technical understanding of semiconductor fabrication process and integrated process flow.
• Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills - demonstrated ability to solve complex process and equipment engineering issues with minimal supervision.
• Ability to acquire skills necessary to assembly, service and troubleshoot process equipment
• Ability to work with external and internal partners in a multi-tasking environment with changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ph.D. or M.S. in science or engineering field related to semiconductor processing (such as Physical chemistry, Chemical engineering, Material science, ……)
• minimum 1 year experience in semiconductor processing.

• Evaluate and develop Etch processes and related hardware to meet market requirements and provide detailed feedback on results to other groups for development work as a whole team.
• Use designed experiments and advanced data analysis techniques to demonstrate process feasibility and system productivity.
• Support daily operation of process equipment.
• Generate internal documentation for products, presentations and technical reports.
• Implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation.
• With supervision interact with customers to solve process and hardware issues.
• Review process safety requirements for all operations supervised.

• BSEE or BSCS degree; 2+ years hand-on semiconductor equipment field support experience
• Solid understanding of the operation of semiconductor equipment; solid understanding of Windows operating system a must
• -Knowledge of data collection, recipe management required
• Knowledge of SEMI standard such as performing data collection, E84, E87, E90, E40 and E94 preferred; experience of writing SECS/GEM/300mm test script with Brooks CCS Envoy or SECSIMPro preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skill a must
• Team player; be able to communicate in English; good communication skill; able to understand customer requirements a must.

• Design, develop, maintain and support factory automation software for AMEC equipment.
• Add and modify software features for customers based on SEMI Standards and specifications from customers.
• Recommend the software enhancements. Troubleshoot the software problems in house and at the customer sites and ensure the full functionalities of the FA software
• Write SECS messages and scripts.
• Travel to the customer site to install, test and fine-tone FA software.
• Discuss the requirement with the customers if necessary. Communicate with the vendors. Work with other engineers in software team. Work with electrical, mechanical and marketing department on system level design issues and solving problems.

• BS/MS degree, major in Mechanical Engineering/Combination of Mechanical and Electrical; 5+ relevant design experiences.
• Excellent knowledge of machining process, sheet metal tooling, weldment structure design. manufacture experience is a plus.
• Skillful in 3D design and AutoCAD, skillful in Solidworks is a plus.
• Knowledge of design analytical skills, skillful in COSMOS is a plus.
• Knowledge of virtual prototyping and simulation will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Vacuum system and/or robotics will be an added advantage.
• Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skills are required.
• Self motivated, passionate and energetic; good team player with high team spirit.

• Chamber &Frame design using CAD/CAE tools and to perform design analysis and evaluation.
• Design machining, sheet metal and welding components; release design documentation.
• Verify and validate design integrity on assembly level
• Follow engineering design process, and product document release procedures.
• Product system qualification according to industrial standard and company internal standard.-Provide technical support to manufacturing during pilot run and production start-up.

• Min. 3-5 years working experience with 3 phase AC power panel design, 5 years above is preferred. Understand power distribution rule, components selection, like circuit break, cable gauge, transformer, UPS, Power supply. On hand of experience like AC power up test procedure, troubleshooting skill.
• amiliar with Electrical system integration using PLC program, automation control, analog and digital circuit design, and interface interconnection; familiar with all kind of sensor, motor, driver, relay, connector and other components.
• Understand some level of the IEC standard or GB standard, understand UL, CE standard is preferred.
• Good inter personal skill and reasonable communication capability in English, good documentation skill like Microsoft Office programs, AutoCAD. -BS or MS in EE.
